Choose your adventure: 10-13 April 2025 or 23-26 October 2025 Formentera is the smallest of the Balearic Islands and the flattest so it’s a great island as an introduction to long distance walking. The overall distance is about 85km’s (Ibiza is 260km). Most the island is wild with very little development along the coastline once you leave the port and Pujols area. We are staying in a central hotel in Savina so during the day you will only need to carry your day bag. The average day of walking is approx. 22kms, the shortest day 16km and longest day 28kms. This is a moderate walking Adventure, we have a very mixed group joining us, for some this is their first long distance walking, so the pace will be as the group needs with breaks when required, swim stops and time to appreciate the wonderful island. If we walk as anticipated we will be back at the hotel, late afternoon or early evening, so you will have time to relax and have some time out before dinner.
